phone settings
Modify your phone's settings, to allow the installation of applications from other sources.
Under 'Settings', select 'Applications' and then enable 'Unknown Sources'.

To download your new app to your phone, simply tap the 'arrow' icon to the side of the required app description.

install
In your Apps menu, tap the 'Downloads' icon to show the list of recent downloads.
Tapping an item in the list will install your new app and make it visible in your Apps menu, ready for normal use.
